She is currently a student at Bowling Green State University and expected to graduate with her BFA in May of 2026.

She specializes in all things fantasy and fictional, and loves to make the unreal, real. She has been drawing seriously since she was 12 years old and fell in love with fiction thanks to book series like Wings of Fire (Tui T. Sutherland) and animated series like Steven Universe (Rebecca Sugar). She currently has a focus on concept art and character design but also specializes in digital painting and portraiture. Brecken has a deep love for nature and loves drawing and painting animals, especially if they’re native Ohio wildlife! Her current interests lie in indie animation and game series such as Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss (Vivienne “Vivziepop” Medrano), and Deltarune (Toby Fox). She is also heavily inspired by Broadway musicals and loves to see them in her free time.

Brecken has exhibited in BGSU’s 2024 Undergraduate Exhibition and will be exhibiting in BGSU’s April 2026 BFA Exhibition.
